About casinourho.net
casinourho.net is a small editorial site that writes about one casino brand, Urho, and about what using an online operator really involves. We are not a gambling company. We do not take deposits, we do not run games and we do not represent Urho or any other operator. Our job is to bring together information that is otherwise scattered across licensing registers, terms and conditions and regulators' guidance, and to present it plainly.
Who looks after the site
The texts are written and kept up to date by Elina Saarikoski, an editor who follows gambling regulation and player protection. The editorial team does not belong to any gambling company and no operator reviews our pages before publication. Messages, correction requests and feedback can be sent to info@casinourho.net, and we usually reply within a few working days.
How the site is funded
The buttons on the site are partner links. When a reader moves to an operator's site through one of them, we may receive a commission from the partner network. The network decides which operator the link opens, so it is not always Urho. We say this openly because readers have a right to know why a button is on the page. The arrangement is described in full in the affiliate disclosure.
Funding does not change what we write. We explain that a foreign licence does not automatically make an operator legal everywhere, that bonuses come with conditions, and that gambling can cause harm, even when none of that encourages anyone to click.
Where our information comes from
- Operators' own publications: footers, terms and conditions and privacy notices, read as they stand on the day of writing.
- Licensing authorities: public registers and guidance for players.
- Game studios: the studios' own pages for game mechanics, layout and, where available, return-to-player figures.
- Support organisations: Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous for help that is available internationally.
Where a piece of information depends on a date, we say which date. If something cannot be confirmed from a reliable source, we leave it out rather than guess.
Game data and return-to-player figures
On the game pages a studio, a layout, a return-to-player percentage or a maximum win is mentioned only when it appears in the studio's information or another public source. Many studios supply the same game in several versions with different return-to-player settings, and the operator chooses which one to run. That is why we always recommend checking the figure in the game's own info panel before you play.
What we never do
- We do not organise gambling or handle anyone's money.
- We do not publish bonus codes, "best offers" or promises of winnings.
- We do not explain how to get around payment blocks, geographic restrictions or other measures taken by authorities.
- We do not give legal or tax advice; we say what the sources state and who to ask.
- We do not publish invented player reviews or star ratings.
Who the site is for
We write for adults who want to understand what playing at an online operator means before they decide anything. Nobody under 18 should gamble anywhere, and this site is not for them.
Corrections and updates
If you notice a mistake or out-of-date information, write to info@casinourho.net and, if possible, include the source. We correct errors, note when a page was updated and, where it matters, explain what changed. If gambling has started to worry you or someone close to you, read responsible gambling for practical tools and free support.
