Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data casinourho.net processes, why and for how long. The site is an information site. Nobody creates an account here, nobody plays and nobody pays, so the amount of data involved is small. The purpose of this notice is to make clear exactly what that small amount is.
Controller and contact
The controller is the operator of the casinourho.net website. Any question or request about data protection can be sent to info@casinourho.net. We answer requests within the time limit set by the General Data Protection Regulation, normally within one month.
What data we process
- Technical log data: when pages are requested, the server and content delivery network process data such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to run the site and to prevent abuse.
- Analytics: the site may use visitor analytics such as Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are read and where visitors come from. We do not link analytics data to names or other directly identifying information.
- Partner links: when you press a button that leads to an operator, the request passes through a redirect on this site. The redirect may set a cookie so that the same browser is sent to the same destination next time. Once you are on the operator's site, its own privacy terms apply to everything you do there.
- Messages: if you email us, we process the content of the message and your address in order to reply.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are used without separate consent. You can restrict analytics and redirect cookies in your browser settings and delete stored cookies at any time. Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading the site.
Legal bases and retention
Processing of log data and security information is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure. Analytics is based on our legitimate interest in understanding which content is read, or on consent where consent is required. Handling your messages is based on your request for a reply. We keep data only as long as it is needed; emails are deleted once the matter has been dealt with and they are no longer required.
Transfers and security
The site is served through a content delivery network and the connection is encrypted with HTTPS. Providers of analytics and infrastructure services may process data outside the EU and the EEA; in that case transfers rely on safeguards recognised by data protection law. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it on for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data about you is processed, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to object to processing and to restrict it. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country. Minors
The site is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you notice that a minor has sent us personal information, let us know and we will delete it.
On the operator's site
An operator processes far more data than we do: identity, address, payment details and gaming history. That data falls under the operator's own privacy notice, and casinourho.net cannot see it.
