Paysafecard and prepaid vouchers
A prepaid voucher is a code worth a fixed amount, bought in a shop or online and then entered in a cashier. Paysafecard is the best-known example. Vouchers let you pay without entering card or bank details on the gambling site. The trade-off is that they often work only one way: in for deposits, but not out for withdrawals. Whether Urho accepts vouchers is not something we confirm. Methods and limits depend on the operator and your account, so check the cashier.
How a voucher deposit works
You buy a voucher for a set value and receive a code. In the cashier, you choose the voucher method and enter the code, and the value is transferred to your casino balance. Some voucher providers also offer an account where you can combine several vouchers. Fees can apply, for example when a voucher is not used for a long time or when its currency differs from your account currency. The provider's own terms explain these charges.
The withdrawal question
Because a voucher is not linked to a bank account, it usually cannot receive money back. When you want to withdraw winnings, the operator will often ask you to choose a different method, typically a bank transfer, and to verify that the receiving account is yours. That can add time and paperwork at the moment you least expect it. Before depositing with a voucher, open the withdrawal page of the cashier and see which payout options it offers for your account.
Voucher scams
Voucher codes work like cash, which makes them a favourite tool for fraud. No genuine operator, bank, tax office or support agent will ask you to pay a fee or "release" winnings with voucher codes sent by message. Never share a code with anyone except the official cashier, and keep the receipt until the deposit has been credited.
Vouchers as a spending limit
Some people use vouchers to keep gambling separate from their bank account. That can work, because you cannot spend more than the voucher holds. But buying a new voucher is easy, and cash purchases can make spending harder to track. A deposit limit set in your casino account is a firmer barrier. See the responsible gambling page for other tools.
