Withdrawals explained
A deposit is usually quick. A withdrawal is where the terms, the verification rules and the operator's internal review all come into play. Most disputes between players and casinos are about withdrawals, and most of them could be avoided with a few checks made in advance. This page explains how payouts usually work. It does not describe Urho's specific process or times, which we cannot verify. Methods and limits depend on the operator and your account, so check the cashier and the terms.
The usual stages
- Request: you choose an amount and a method that is allowed for payouts on your account.
- Pending: the operator reviews the request, checks bonus status and may ask for documents.
- Approval: the money is released to the payment provider.
- Processing: the method itself takes time, from minutes to several working days.
Verification
Operators usually verify identity before the first withdrawal, and sometimes again for large amounts. Expect requests for photo ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours, such as a card image with most digits hidden or a bank statement. Doing this early, before you have a balance to withdraw, removes the most common cause of delay.
What can block a payout
- An active bonus with unfinished wagering, or a broken maximum-bet rule.
- A name mismatch between the account and the payment method.
- A deposit method that cannot receive payouts, such as a prepaid voucher.
- Withdrawal limits per day, week or month set in the terms.
- Terms that let the operator review play it considers irregular.
Returning to the deposit method
Many operators apply a closed-loop rule: withdrawals go back to the method used for depositing, where that method supports payouts. If you used more than one method, the operator may split the payout between them. If your deposit method cannot receive money, a bank transfer is the usual alternative, with its own verification.
If something goes wrong
Ask support in writing for the reason and the exact clause behind any delay or refusal. Keep screenshots of your balance, transaction history and messages. If the answer does not resolve the issue, follow the steps on the complaints page. Once a withdrawal arrives, keep the confirmation: winnings may have tax consequences where you live, and your own record of deposits and withdrawals is the most honest measure of what gambling costs you.
