Skrill and other e-wallets
An e-wallet is an online account that holds money and pays merchants on your behalf. Skrill is one widely known example, and there are others with similar features. For gambling, an e-wallet adds a layer between your bank and the operator. That can be convenient for both deposits and withdrawals, but it also adds its own fees, rules and verification. This page explains what to check. We do not confirm whether Urho supports Skrill or any other e-wallet. Methods and limits depend on the operator and your account, and the cashier is where to look.
How an e-wallet sits in the chain
You first load the wallet from your bank or card. You then pay the casino from the wallet, and withdrawals can often go back into it before you move them to your bank. Each step can have a cost: loading the wallet, converting currency, and withdrawing from the wallet to your bank. Add those up before deciding that an e-wallet is the cheaper route. The wallet provider's fee page is the source for its part.
Two sets of rules
An e-wallet provider verifies you under its own rules, and the operator verifies you under its rules. Both may ask for ID and proof of address. The names on the wallet and the casino account must match, and the operator may ask for a screenshot or statement showing that the wallet is yours. Some wallet providers also restrict gambling payments in certain countries.
Bonus exclusions
Operators sometimes exclude deposits made with particular e-wallets from bonus offers. If you deposit with an excluded method and expect a bonus, you may get nothing, or the bonus may be removed later. If a bonus matters to you, read the offer's payment rules before choosing the method. Our bonus terms guide explains where such clauses hide.
Withdrawals to an e-wallet
Where supported, a withdrawal to the same e-wallet used for depositing is often straightforward, but the operator will still review it, and the wallet may charge for moving money on to your bank. If your deposit came from the wallet, the operator may insist that the payout goes back to it. Check the withdrawal page of the cashier first.
